1.fracture neck femur.
2.fracture shaft femur.
3.fracture radius ulna.
4.scaphoid fractre.
5.supracundyalr.
qs-
1.infant cries whenever picked up,h/o difficult labour.
2.fall off horse on outstretched hand.tender,but movements at forearm poss.
3.trips off mother's hand.very painful,unable to move arm at all.
4.radial pulse unfelt.
