31.A young boy back from holiday in N.Africa presents with night fever,weight loss.Began on antibiotics with minimal improvement.CSF shows:protein-960mg/dl,glucose-2mmol/l,cells-? Lymphocytes (Ans ?ZN stain or Rifampicin)
32.A boy on treatment for meningitis .Initially improving ,but now developing swinging fever,headache ,vomiting. (Ans CT - to rule out cerebral abscess)
