DD OF ALTERED BOWEL HABIT

(Ca rectum,ca caecum,IBS with diarrhoea,IBS with constipation,faecal impaction,diverticulosis)

24.A 19 yr old female c/o a 1 yr history of bloody diarrhoea and tenesmus.Has pale skin lesions on the skin.O/E-sigmoidoscopy shows inflammation and granulomata (Ans ? Chron's disease)

25.65 yr old with wt.loss,Rt-sided pain,tenesmus.O/E-mass in the rectum (Ans Ca Rectum)

26.18 yr old presents with frequent diarrhoea for about 3/52,relieved by defaecation.Sigmoidoscopy is normal. (Ans IBS with diarrhoea )

27.?80 yr old c/o diarrhoea and urinary retention (Ans ? faecal impaction)
