I just want to ask a simple question is that possible. What could cause lower back pain to the point of feeling a burning sensation along with my stomach aching down near my pelvic area to the point of occasional sharp pain? I don't have a fever, diarrehia, or burning when I go to the bathroom. It just starts out as a dull pain and then progressively gets worse from there. Has anyone ever had this problem? If so, what could it be?
