C for 1 and 2 bcoz when the WBC is low only antiretroviral therapy can increase it. I would choose G for 1 if WBC was normal. For Q2 similarly I would have opted for H to Rx megaloblastic anaemia if WBC was normal. For Q3, A to to Rx CMV oesophagitis.
