2-cyclophosphamide(haemorrhagic cystitis)
3-bendrofluazide(cause hypokalaemia,spirolactone cause hyperkalaemia)
4-gentamycin(ototoxity)
For the first one I couldn`t find any evidence that captopril increases creatinine level so i prefer here-- thiazide again-it increases urate level.
