Hi ver
Thanks very much.I studied all the examinations from Macleod's and plabmaster notes.
You can ask the pt to remove the trousers and can keep his shorts. In my case the station was secondary survey so i was not supposed to undress him but he was in his shorts.
I think the pt is usually kept exposed when i had the examiation of respiratory system the pt was in his gown.

1. Regarding the other question you I will just brief you

Dr;good ____ dr .I am dr sara sho working in your dept
SPR;hello what is the problem
DR; IT concerns the pt name ,age, sex who was admitted in the hospital and was operated ------- has now collapsed.
spr ;can you tell me his vitals
DR; (u will be given a chart) read the chart
spr what do u want me to do and what have you done
DR;The pt is in shock which i guess is due to an internal bleeding cause could be an artery so i have crossmatced his blood and have transfused him.I have also informed the theatre sisters and anaesthetist.I would appreciate if you could come and have a look.Thank you
