1:Epidural ansthesia-painfull labour and other operative interventions in the elective settings are often best achieved with epidural anasthesia.
2:Spinal anasthesia-pudendal block may not provide sufficient analgesia here ,baby is in occipitoposterior position(?rotational delivery anticipated).
