4.counsel this pts wife .the man has had an MI
5.counsel about spacer to this child's father
6.pt comes with bleeding pr take hist
7.pt comes with bleeding pv take hist
8.this is a known alcoholic with cirrohsis take hist

there are just 3 of us.basically we just went through the topic and talked a bit about the topic in general and then discussed what q could be asked to the pt and what q the pt could ask us.we tried to put it in the proper addressing format.we are open to different methods of preparation.later maybe one can be the doctor and the other the pt.as they say the more heads the better.but let us keep it at less than 10.looking forward to meeting you all.
