1.The answers could be a , b, c, I think the answer is anorexia because if it were starvation or malabsorption there would be other physical signs on exam. isn`t it ? 15kg is a significant wt loss as well.For that amount of wt loss due to starvation or malab. there has to be other findings. What do you all think ?
