I think i have now all questions remembered,
to finalise some gaps before putting on the forum I need information on some of the questions that came up on the following:
the one about Q waves
the one about gonorrhea negative
the names of the options of the medications for anxiety and also the one on depression (very weird names)
the one about the hemohiliac with previous transfusions who has headhache and scalp tenderness
the one about the man with periphreal warmness
the one about multiple sclerosis 9 I think there were two on MS)
the values given in the hematology data one
tyhe one about hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
the one about the man with pressure on his rectum
the one about SLE and steroids
the one asking wheter to do pulmonary angiogram or selective arteriogram in PE
if you all help me remeber these last ones i should have almost all questions in detail
