1. A four year old boy walks with a prominent lordosis. he has goood speech, can build objects using blocks and has good social awareness.

2. A nine month baby born at term has a weight in the 97th percentile. His development is delayed

3. A nine month baby born at term has a weight in the 3rd percentile. his development is delayed. his head and body size are both small.

4. A nine year old girl has difficulty with speech. she has recently been hospitalised for a medical reason. her speech before hospitalisation was completely normal

5. A four year old boy has delayed speech. both his father and paternal uncle has the same problem
