f) carcinoid syndrome
g) essential hypertension
h) phaeochromocytoma

1. a 17 year old girl with hypertension of 160/100 is found to have a femoral pulse delay.

2. a 40 year old with a blood pressure of 180/115 is found to have a loud bruit in his right upper abdomen

3. a 50 year old male complains of flushing , tremor, palpitations. he is found to have a fluctuating blood pressure of 200/120

4. A middle aged woman with a blood pressure of 160/110 is found to have abdominal striae and facial hirsutism
