1.40 constuction worker building a canal p/w
fever,jaundice and headache.his legs have been hurting
for 18 hrs.he has a purpuric rash.
2.44 buisnessman develops cough & fever after
attending a conference.his chest x-ray shows a little
consolidation and he has cold agglutinin in his bld.
3.24 shop assistant c/o night sweats his cervical ln
are rubbery enlarged and non-tender.he also has
hepatospenomegaly.
4.27 p/w seizures and fever.scan shows temporal lobe
enhancement.
