Hi kelly,

i did the same exam today,
found it very long but almost all questions were from the question bank and message board of mcqs.com

here are the topics killy left out (me and my friends remembered all of them)

we also remembered many of the questions in detail but we will only post them up if others contribute as well since we went to a lot of trouble to remember them and its only fair everybody shares
