I think it's vital to check the CVP figures again. In the 2nd question 3cm reflects hypovolaemia but in the 3rd we have 18mm which means 1.8cm that is very hypovolaemic. given that tghe patient has a chronic disease he might as well be anaemic. So why not blood. Everythinh depends on if the CVP figures are right.
