in the other 2 varients..first you have to look for CVP normal value of CVP is 15...
in the patient with just CVP 3, means the shock of due lack of fluid in the circulatory system.so you should give him fluids..
in the patient with CVP 18 , he has enough fluid in his circulatory system, but the shock is due to vasodilatation..so you should give inotropes or choronotropes.like dopamine or dobutamine...
